In Beijing, the thermostat has already hit the mid 30’s consistently for some time now, and we only expect the weather to get even hotter. In the spirit of offering some welcome respite from the oppressive summer sun, two of our Year 10 students got the opportunity to taste test a few of the best ice cream shops in downtown Beijing and to give their take on each.
