Last Tuesday, the Yew Chung International School of Beijing held its annual Christmas Bazaar in the school gymnasium. Parents, students, and outside vendors gathered together in the spirit of a cornerstone of the school’s philosophy, “Align with Love and Charity,” offering the greater community an opportunity to support local charity through the purchase of food, drink, and holiday gifts.

Vendors who helped to make the event a remarkable success included The Hutong, FST Sports, the Lollipop Bakery, and the Ritz-Carlton. Representatives from the Parent’s Organisation played beautiful piano music and a Secondary School band also offered a stirring performance. Students and parents were also available for face painting, photo opportunities with Santa, shooting a bow-and-arrow for prizes, and much more. Last but certainly not least was the variety of delicious baked goods, food, and drink!

We hope that our visitors had as much fun attending the event as we had hosting it!
