The first of September has finally arrived and we are thrilled to have our Years 1, 5 and 6 (Primary) and our Secondary school students back on campus today. We also look forward to welcoming others soon. Years 2, 3 and 4 will return on 7 September, followed by K3 and K4 on 8 September, and then K2 on 11 September. 

With social distancing procedures strictly observed, students made their way to the school premises with much excitement and anticipation after a prolonged summer holiday and a very special second semester last year. It was indeed heartwarming to see a lot of new as well as familiar faces clad in their smart YCIS Beijing uniforms.

At our Honglingjin campus students were in high spirits when greeted by our School Leadership Team and their teachers before proceeding to their classrooms. Our eLearning continues this first week for some students who arrive on campus later as well as for those who are not yet back in China.   

While many teachers have already returned to campus, some are undergoing quarantine on the Mainland and others still abroad are scheduled to return to Beijing soon.

We would like to offer a warm welcome to the students and teachers on campus today and wish everyone a great school year ahead!
