Last Friday, students, families and staff came together for the Welcome BBQ, our first whole-school event of the academic year.

Our busiest Welcome BBQ to date, more than 1,000 members of the community came to enjoy food, activities and live music from 5.30 till late! It was a pleasure to welcome many familiar faces back onto campus, as well as our 200 new families who join us this year.

As ever, a highlight was the outstanding food provided by some of Beijing’s best caterers. Staff also enjoyed meeting many new parents and discussing an exciting year ahead.

Music and dancing continued late into the evening – a delightful start to the sunny September weekend.
